Teach from your truth. Live your practice.

This transformational teacher training journey invites you to deepen your relationship with yoga — not only as a physical practice, but as a way of living and being.

This 240hr training is crafted to be immersive, embodied, and empowering. It offers the structure of a professional qualification, the depth of spiritual study, and the intimacy of personal mentorship.

Whether you feel called to teach or simply wish to explore the practice more deeply, this is a journey of transformation, community, and self-discovery.

Why I Lead Teacher Trainings

For me, teacher training is more than a certification. It’s about passing the torch, igniting the unique spark in each person, and amplifying voices the world needs to hear — voices mine can’t reach.

I love this work. Because when you witness someone step into their courage, clarify their purpose, and begin to teach from the inside out — it’s electric

The Philosophy Behind the Training

This training is grounded in the principle that freedom arises through connection — to self, to others, and to the pulse of life itself.

We honour the ancient roots of yoga while bringing its wisdom into everyday life — integrating Tantric philosophy, modern anatomy, and mindful teaching practice.

You’ll learn to move, teach, and live from the inside out — developing the confidence, compassion, and clarity to share yoga in your own authentic way.

The emphasis is not on performing postures or memorising scripts, but on cultivating presence, integrity, and self-understanding through the living practice of yoga.

What Makes This Training Different

  • This training is designed to prepare you to teach from your lived experience, not from someone else’s script.

  • From the very first weekend, you’ll be practising to share and teach — learning how to communicate yoga in your own authentic voice.

  • While the approach is non-dogmatic, it is deeply rooted in the traditions and practices of yoga. When the modern world asks why and how, we return to the teachings for guidance — drawing wisdom from philosophy, practice, and the inner work that yoga invites.

  • At its heart, this training is anchored in the development of personal sādhana — not only a physical practice, but a lived relationship with the yamas and niyamas, the ethical foundations of yoga.

  • Through this blend of embodiment, inquiry, and tradition, you’ll learn to stand out in an ocean of voices — teaching yoga that is real, resonant, and rooted in truth.
