My retreats are created to be sanctuaries. Grounded in the wisdom of yoga, designed with deep attention to detail, and held with care, they offer an opportunity to not just do yoga, but to truly live it.

Two daily yoga practices — rich, intentional sessions including asana, mantra, mudrā, myth, meditation, and more. Morning practices are energising and expansive; evenings are soothing and soulful.
Small group intimacy — Retreats are intentionally kept intimate to allow for deeper connection, personal attention, and genuine community. Many guests return again and again.

I’m so delighted to offer this late-summer retreat in the wild, spacious beauty of the Serra da Estrela mountains. Over six nights, you’ll have the choice of two pathways — to dive fully into the Empowered Heart Immersion, or to settle into a softer rhythm with long, easy days to rest, explore, and simply be.
We’ll be held by a stunning mountain resort with natural swimming lakes, a beautiful hammam and spa, nourishing regional food, and plenty of quiet corners to disappear into. You can devote yourself to the depth and structure of the immersion pathway, or let the week unfold gently through swims, walks, spa time, and being in community.
Whether you’re ready for a more transformative practice container or simply need space to breathe and come home to yourself, this retreat is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

This summer we head to Chettinad Retreat a beautifully restored finca nestled among Ibiza’s sunlit hills, this retreat is about laid-back luxury and invites you to rest deeply, move with intention, and rediscover your inner sovereignty. Expect sunrise pranayama and meditation, embodied practice and long Mediterranean lunches, and unhurried afternoons by the pool or sea.

Endless Summer Sail,
Mallorca

I’m really excited to weave another great love of mine into my work — being on the water. In partnership with Nautica Collective, this Endless Summer Sail invites you to savour the final days of summer with three nights and four days exploring Mallorca’s golden coastline.
This retreat has a slower, more effortless rhythm: mornings with breathwork and meditation on deck, followed by swims straight off the boat into quiet coves and long, sunlit hours on the water. In the afternoons, you might enjoy a glass of rosé as the sun begins to dip, or simply stretch out and rest as we glide along the coastline. We’ll step onshore for gentle flows and short hikes, returning to the boat for evening yoga nidra and time to settle into the softness of the night.
The emphasis is on presence, connection, and the beauty of being held by the sea — the light, the calm, the coastline, and the intimacy of a small group.

FAQs
How long are your retreats?
Typically 6 or 7 nights, depending on the location. I’ll always include that information clearly when bookings open.
What’s included in the price?
All yoga, accommodation, meals, and group activities or excursions are included. The only extras are your travel to and from the venue, and occasionally one optional meal out (which is always made clear in advance).
Do I need to be an advanced yogi?
Not at all. My teaching meets you where you are. If you’re comfortable in a group yoga class and open to the richness of yoga beyond asana, you’ll be just fine.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Many people do, and you won’t be the only one. We build a warm and welcoming community, and solo travellers often make strong, lasting connections.
Do I need to bring props?
All props are provided on site unless otherwise noted. I’ll always send a packing list ahead of time with everything you need to know.
How do I know when the next retreat opens?
