Private Yoga - In person & Online
Private yoga is where the practice becomes personal. Whether you’re seeking physical support, emotional grounding, or space to grow — one-to-one yoga offers a unique chance to slow down, be seen, and reconnect with yourself.
Work with Tory on a personalised yoga journey — in person or online — to create lasting, transformative results.
Every programme is tailored to your unique needs, whether you’re seeking more strength and stability, deeper self-awareness, or a sense of balance in a busy life. Tory’s holistic approach draws on years of experience, blending mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and functional alignment to support your physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing.
For added flexibility, you can choose in-person sessions, the convenience of online classes, or a hybrid approach that fits seamlessly around your personal and professional commitments.

Working with Other Practitioners
“I already work with a physio and PT — do I need private yoga too?”
Maybe not. If you’re already getting everything you need, there’s absolutely no reason to add more to your to do list. But I regularly work in collaboration with physiotherapists, personal trainers, coaches, and nutritionists to ensure a truly integrated approach to your wellbeing. A yoga practice is more than stretching. This is a space for emotional and energetic support, nervous system regulation, and connection to breath and body. Many clients find the work beautifully complementary — and I love working in partnership.
Whether you’re building strength, soothing anxiety, or carving out time for yourself — I create a space that meets you where you are.
FAQs
How long is a session?
Sessions are usually 60 or 75 minutes, depending on your needs and goals.
Do I need to be experienced?
Not at all. Many of my clients are beginners — or returning to practice after time away.
What happens in a session?
We begin with a check-in, then move through a practice that might included a asana sequence, somatic movement, meditation, mantra, and or guided rest. Every session is different, depending on how you arrive.
Can I book a one-off session?
Yes. Many people begin with a single session and then decide to continue. There’s no pressure.
How often should I practise?
That depends on your schedule and your goals. Some clients meet with me weekly, others bi-weekly or monthly. We’ll create a rhythm that feels supportive and sustainable.
How much does it cost?
Please get in touch for current rates. Packages are available for ongoing students.
Where do you teach?
I am based in Central London and Barbados for in-person or online via Zoom.
Can I book sessions for two people or a small group?
Absolutely. I offer private sessions for individuals, couples, and small groups — perfect for partners, friends, or family wanting to practise together. The format and focus remain fully tailored to your needs.
How do I know if we’re a good fit?
Let’s start with a free 20-minute discovery call. We’ll chat about what you’re looking for, explore how I work, and see if it feels like a good match. There’s no pressure, just space to connect.
