Om Śrī Gurubhyo Namaḥ

Aum, I bow to the lineage of teachers.

When I knew I wanted to go deeper. I began my formal teacher training in 2013 with a 200-hour intensive at the White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, California, led by Ganga White and Tracey Rich. On returning home, I continued my studies with Certified Anusara Teacher Bridget Woods Kramer, completing a second 200-hour training followed by her 300-hour advanced programme. Around the same time, I began studying with Sianna Sherman and, when she launched the Rasa Yoga School, I felt an immediate resonance and enrolled in her inaugural advanced teacher training in 2015.

Since then, I’ve continued to immerse myself in study, practice, and lineage-based teachings—fusing traditional wisdom with modern embodiment, personal inquiry, and the power of myth, mantra, and sacred ritual.

Deepest Gratitude

First and foremost, thank you to Mother India for the gift of Yoga.

May I never forget that I am a guest in this practice, and may I always seek to honour, respect, and embrace the depth and richness of its wisdom, traditions, and lineages.

One thousand and eight pranāms to my teacher, Sianna Sherman, whose vision, mastery, and fierce devotion continue to guide me to Embrace, Rise, and Transform. I am also profoundly grateful to the teachers I have met through her:

  • Sreedevi Bringi, a living embodiment of spiritual practice, sacred wisdom, and lifelong study.

  • Greta Hill, whose radiance, clarity, and compassionate excellence have shaped my path with unwavering grace.

  • Bill Mahony, for making the subtle teachings of yogic texts and the Sanskrit tradition feel utterly alive.

  • Sally Kempton, - Rest in peace - who awakened and whose teachings and writings continue to strengthen my inner life and meditation practice.

  • Bridget Woods Kramer, who initiated me into the sacred seat of the teacher and what it means to serve from that place with integrity.

It has been a privilege and a joy to travel and study with extraordinary teachers, wisdom keepers, and changemakers across the world. I bow deeply to all those who have crossed my path—whether by divine design or spontaneous synchronicity.— Squarespace
