Tucked away from the lively energy of Barbados' bustling west coast, Indian Pond beckons with its serene beauty and timeless charm. Here, amidst forty acres of lush countryside, panoramic views stretch from the east coast to the west, offering a glimpse into the soul of the island.

At Indian Pond, every natural wonder is amplified—a symphony of coconut palms and cacao trees, the cool embrace of trade winds, and the ethereal glow of sunrise and sunse

My journey with Indian Pond began with a simple dream—to create a haven where my young family could grow and thrive amidst the gentle embrace of Barbados' natural beauty.

Named after the spring-fed pond believed to have been a settlement area for the indigenous Arawak people, Indian Pond is a potent medicine… part peaceful nourishment part creative inspiration.

Come, be a guest in my home, and let me show you the Barbados I know and love.… join me for a truly intimate and bespoke journey into the heart of yoga and the soul of Barbados.

At Indian Pond, my sanctuary nestled amidst swaying mahoganies and royal palms, I open my home for an unforgettable seven-night immersion into the art of Rasa Yoga.

Accommodation

The retreat is open to just 8 guests, with accommodation available across four twin or king rooms in either the Blue Cottage, the Coach House, or the Old House. Each one boasts its own character and style, furnished with comfort in mind. All rooms feature their own bathroom and verandah, and each house has its own sitting area and kitchen/kitchenette. Please note that we do not use AC at Indian Pond. Our high, breezy location means it's not necessary, and this practice helps to reduce our carbon footprint. All rooms are fitted with fans; however, we generally find that guests are more likely to request an extra blanket than an additional fan.

Daily housekeeping and laundry services are also included, ensuring your stay is as comfortable and convenient as possible. Bathrooms are stocked with a lovely range of locally made toiletries, and all linens and towels are provided.
